GENERAL + USAGE

☆ By commissioning me you’re agreeing to my terms of service☆ I may decline any commission that I’m not confident in or comfortable in doing☆ details are required before payment is sent for me to properly determine the price☆ I reserve the rights to the final product, whether that be for posting, editing, or modifying for advertisement purposes like commissions!☆ You have the right to use the final image for personal use☆ please let me know in advance if you wouldn’t like your commission posted!☆ YOU MAY NOT USE MY ART FOR AI

☆ I’m available for contact after 6 PM weekdays EST! On weekends I’m available all day!☆ Feel free to DM via my Instagram , toyhouse , or discord for swift responses!

GUIDELINES

☆ PLEASE INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING WITH YOUR MESSAGE / INQUIRY :☆ good quality references☆ Colored references☆ Additional details / description of what you’d like to be drawn☆ the commission type your ordering , and any extra details
( extra characters , props , etc )

PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

☆ Payment is required upfront via PayPal , cashapp , or kofi☆ If you’d like to pay half n half, I expect payment in full after my sketch is sent !
+ ( it will stay in the sketch stage until it’s fully paid for ! )☆ Detailed designs will be an extra $10☆ Full refunds are allowed if no work has been started

CHANGES

☆ you will always receive one sketch for approval. you can make as many changes as you'd like in this step free of charge. Details will be finalized and agreed on before I start anything beyond the sketch!☆ PLEASE make sure to address all the changes you want in one sitting rather than wanting something changed every 5 seconds! It’s really annoying and makes the commission longer overall.☆ Anything that I need to change after sketching will result in additional charge of $5 fee
( such as background color change , added elements , etc )Mistakes made on my behalf regarding design or anatomy will be edited without charge.

Deadlines & Delivery

☆ I normally take 2-5 days ( shorter or longer depending on life / schedule )☆ Updates will be provided if there’s delay / if asked☆ Please inform me if there’s a specific deadline for your commission!☆ RUSH ORDERS ARE AN EXTRA $10 TO ANY COMMISSION
